What it looks like when it works.
These are founder-led businesses and organizations that were ready to take the next step. Here's what we built together and what happened next.
Robin Reigi Architectural Materials
Evolving a Respected Brand to Lead a New Market.
BEFORE: Robin Reigi had built a respected materials brand over decades, but the business had outgrown its identity. The website, the messaging, and the operations weren't reflecting the company it had become.
AFTER: We reimagined everything, starting with the brand identity and messaging, then extending it across every touchpoint. New website, social channels, sales presentations, and marketing materials, all working together as one cohesive system. The result is a brand that doesn't just look different. It performs differently in how they attract clients, how they show up in the industry, and how they sell.

“Rare Bird didn’t just deliver strategy, they stayed to build it. Brand, website, content. All of it. Our clients consistently comment on how inspiring and helpful the new site and social channels are. Our reach has expanded, resulting in new customers and new markets. Kristin is the partner every founder wishes they had.”

The eHub at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley
From Blank Page to Thriving Campus Community.
"Rare Bird helped us do something incredibly hard: build something from nothing with clarity and purpose. They didn’t just design a brand and a website. They helped us figure out what we were, who we were for, and how to talk about it. The eHub launched with a clear identity and a strong foundation, and we've been building on it ever since."
— Dawn McGee, Executive Director, Berkeley Haas Entrepreneurship Hub
A New Home for Entrepreneurship at Berkeley. A Bold Idea, Given a Voice.
BEFORE: UC Berkeley was launching a new entrepreneurship hub but had no name, no brand, and no clear vision for what it was or who it was for. Everything needed to be built from the ground up.
AFTER: We started with the vision, defining what the eHub was, who it served, and how it fit into Berkeley's broader mission. From there, we built the brand, messaging, programming structure, social channels, content strategy, and website. A university-wide initiative, launched with clarity and purpose.

Landmarks at University of Texas at Austin
Building a Digital Home for World-Class Public Art.
BEFORE: Landmarks didn't exist before Kristin got involved. We built the brand from scratch and have been evolving it ever since. Growing alongside the program as it became one of the most significant public art collections in the country.
AFTER: We built and have continuously evolved the full digital ecosystem — brand identity, primary website, artist project sites, and a mobile app that helps visitors navigate and discover the collection. Every piece is designed to match the program's cultural scale.

“Kristin and her team translated the spirit of our collection into a refined brand and a website that has proved remarkably adaptable as our program has grown. Her strategic insight guided our marketing approach and helped us integrate it seamlessly into the broader vision for the Landmarks launch.”
